ARTIST’S STATEMENT
My vision as an artist is to bring the previously unseen into the light through the power of imagination and intuition. I believe they allow us to lift the curtain of the mundane and explore our inner worlds. By working in mixed media and inventing creative ways to use inks, alcohol, and paints, I am able to develop my vision instinctively. This experience of freedom and authenticity is essential in my process of creation.
Through my work, I also aspire to rekindle the fire of creativity in the viewer. My pieces invite the viewer on a journey of self-discovery by reflecting glimpses of my own inner world, feelings, and experiences.
Painting is truly an act of being and becoming who we are meant to be. And this act, I believe, contains a spark of the Divine.
